Shipping:
G.T.B ships via U.P.S. ground unless otherwise requested. Rates given at time of checkout are based on weight and location (zip code). Fees come directly from U.P.S.
International Orders:
Sorry, G.T.B does not ship outside the U.S. (except Canada).
Ordering:
Orders received after 11 am Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. If you need your order expedited please give us a call and we will do everything we can to process your order A.S.A.P.
Returns:
Mistakes happen. You might make a mistake ordering or we might make a mistake fulfilling your order. Either way we will make things right. Just give us a call or simply send an email. If the mistake is ours we will pay the cost of shipping.
Sorry, returns/exchanges will not be accepted on opened items.
